As a client, you agree to provide us with all necessary materials, including raw video footage, images, branding guidelines, and any other content that we need for the editing process. You also agree to provide clear instructions and feedback throughout editing to ensure the final product meets your expectations. For distribution and strategy services, we would like to let you know that you agree to provide us with clear and accurate data on your progress so far and your realistic expectations from working with us. For reporting services, you agree to give us access to your social media accounts so we can provide the most accurate data possible.
Payment for our services is based on the agreed-upon rate and terms outlined in our proposal or contract. We accept payment through various methods, including but not limited to bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.
We want to let you know that we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. So, based on your feedback, we offer a reasonable number of revisions to the edited videos. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may incur extra charges.
By using our services, you retain ownership of all intellectual property rights to the content we edit for you. We grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the edited video for promotional purposes related to your business.
We understand the importance of confidentiality and will treat all client materials and information we provide as confidential. We won't share confidential information with third parties without your consent except as the law requires.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. If you terminate, you agree to pay for any services rendered up to the termination date.
While we strive to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from using our services. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising under these Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States of America.
